LITTLE VALLEY, NY — In November Joe Snyder, sales manager for Fitzpatrick & Weller was elected to the County Legislature.Â

And in January, the Cattaraugus County Legislature will have its first father-and-son duo serving as legislators.

James J. Snyder, R-Olean, and his son, James J. Snyder Jr., R-Ischua, who prefers to be called Joe or Joseph, will take the oath of office in January.
